          CAT7 cables also have a speed of 10Gbps, but a maximum frequency of 600MHz, which makes them more competitive in environments with higher bandwidth requirements. If your network requires faster data transmission speeds, CAT7 may be a better choice.

          ② Anti-interference performance
          Another advantage of CAT7 is its better anti-interference performance. This is due to its fully shielded design, which can reduce the impact of external and internal interference. In large enterprise networks and data centers, anti-interference performance is very important because it ensures the stability of the connection.
          Although CAT6 also has good shielding performance, it is not as good as CAT7. If your network faces a lot of interference, CAT7 may be a better choice.

          Finally, cost is also a key difference between CAT6 and CAT7. CAT6 cables are generally cheaper than CAT7, which may be more attractive for home networks and small and medium-sized businesses with limited budgets.
          However, the price of CAT7 cables is relatively high, mainly due to its high performance and anti-interference characteristics. For some large enterprises and professional application fields, high performance may be worth the investment, but for ordinary home users, CAT6 may provide a better price-performance ratio.

          ⑤ Installation and Compatibility
          During the installation process, Cat6 is more flexible and suitable for most home and office environments. Although the thickness and rigidity of Cat7 may make it complicated to pass through conduits and pipes, its enhanced anti-interference ability is crucial in electromagnetic noise environments.
          Both cables use RJ45 connectors, and Cat7 can also use GG45 connectors, which are designed to support higher performance expectations. While GG45 can be plugged into an RJ45 socket, the reverse is not true, which may limit Cat7 compatibility with older network equipment.
